ORDERING OPTIONS
Will Call Call our customer service department to schedule a propane delivery when your tank inventory reaches 30%. This will allow us sufficient time to efficiently schedule your delivery. Remember, however, if you run out of propane and we have to make an out-of-route, after hours or a week-end / holiday delivery there is an extra charge.
Automatic fill You don't have to call us at all. You don't have to worry about ordering your gas. Under the automatic fill program we will be sure you always have an ample supply of propane at all times. We also will make emergency calls at no charge.
PURCHASING OPTIONS
- Pre-buy. You decide the number of gallons you will need for the coming heating season. Purchase and pay for those gallons at “summer prices” and we will deliver those gallons to your home or business throughout the heating season.
- Price Cap. For an initial fee we can guarantee you a price cap. Meaning if the price of propane is under the established price cap, you pay the lower price. If the price of propane is greater than the established price cap, you pay the established price cap, not the higher price.
- Lock-In. Estimate the number of gallons you think you will need for the upcoming heating season. We will agree on a price, based upon those gallons, and you pay according to your payment terms.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Budget Account (Even Billing)
- A calculation is made based on your annual usage. You pay set monthly payments throughout the year instead of the entire delivery amount. Payments are due on or before the 15th. of each month. A payment book is provided for your convenience
- Settlement of this account is made in July. Debit balances are due in full by July 15th. Any credit balance can be refunded to you at your request or be automatically rolled over into next years heating season. We pay interest on credit balances.
- Your account will be reviewed periodically and payments adjusted accordingly

Upon delivery our driver will leave a copy of the ticket. This is
your invoice. Payment is due within 10 days from the date of
delivery

This can be handled over the phone when you place your order.
We accept VISA, M/C and Discover
- C.O.D.
Pay the driver at the time of delivery or pre-pay with cash, check
or money order.
